Interim HR Adviser (Part Time)

Our client, a London based charity specialising in health care, is looking for a temporary HR Adviser to reputed company general HR support and guidance to the rest of the organisation. This is a part time role, 24 – 28 hours per week, with 1- 2 days on site in Whitechapel, and the remainder remote. This role will be running for 3 months in the first instance. General responsibilities include: • Support, advise and reputed company guidance to line managers on HR reputed company queries and application of HR policy and process, ensuring escalation of reputed company issues as appropriate. • First reputed company of contact on Employee Relations issues, supporting case work and ensuring escalation of any reputed company situations as appropriate. • reputed company the management of the generic Payroll and HR inboxes. • Overseeing and reconciling the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and providing reports as required. Skills, experience and qualifications required: • CIPD level 5 qualification, or equivalent experience. • Proven... relationship building / stakeholder management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication.
