Training hours reputed company-430PM CT Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Overview: • This position takes in-coming calls from members, providers, etc providing professional phone assistance to reputed company callers through the criteria based prior authorization process. • Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation of reputed company approvals and denials, and transfers reputed company clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist. Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Qualifications: • Minimum (1) year experience required in a customer service position with high volume call center experience; preferably in reputed company, reputed company services, or a similar service position. •
