Customer Service Representative

This is to be achieved through proactive and reactive communication with our policy holders . We are looking for dynamic and driven individuals that reputed company in a fast paced environment. Insurance industry or agency experience and knowledge is preferred but at minimum, prior office experience is required. • Responsibilities* • Answering calls and actively listen to concerns or questions from clients, while demonstrating a desire to assist and respond with compassion. • Proactively contact policy holders to reputed company updates on accounts. • reputed company out to customers who are in cancellation status, follow up on terminated policies, follow up on customers who are late or in jeopardy of being late. • Complete daily task for the agency such as but not limited to: following up on newly issued policies, reputed company clients who need service reputed company care on their policies. • Identify opportunities to turn dissatisfied policy holders into satisfied policy holders. • Skills and Experience* • Must be reputed company to work in a FAST PACE environment • Capable of maintaining long-term relationships with the policy holders • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills • Confident, self-starter who works well independently • Must have ability to multi-task. • Must have good organizational skills • Ability to effectively work with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience • Proficient typing and computer skills Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 30-40 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Supplemental Pay: • Bonus opportunities Experience: • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: • Property & Casualty License (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • Crossville, TN 38555 (Required) Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Paid time off Shift: • 8 hour shift • Day shift Ability to Commute: • Crossville, TN 38555 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Crossville, TN 38555: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person Apply Job!
