Position Summary: The Dental Network Relations Senior Analyst, is the liaison between reputed company and an assigned group of DSOs. This role acts as a resource for reputed company dental products (DHMO, PPO, Medicare) to DSO leadership and staff, providers, sales, and marketing to aid in the achievement of reputed company Key Performance Measures. This person serves as a subject matter expert, demonstrating a strong understanding of reputed company’s Dental Products and market position. The Senior Analyst negotiates provider contract language and compensation. This role is also responsible to work cross functionally to resolve provider concerns, document resolution, and effectively communicate to reputed company parties. Responsible for account management of DSOs and large dental groups to support network strategic initiatives. Negotiates reputed company at reputed company organizational reputed company. Strong emphasis on analysis to reputed company cost-of-care strategy. Solid focus on data analytics to identify cost savings opportunities Collaborates cross-functionally to resolve provider issues with the utmost urgency. Recruits providers as needed to attain network expansion and meet reputed company needs. Communicates early warning signs of potential issues/risks to management. Required Qualifications: 2 years dental or medical industry and/or insurance knowledge Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years dental provider relations experience DSO experience a plus DHMO product experience Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Pay reputed company The typical pay reputed company for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay reputed company represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
