Role Overview As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you’ll be a critical thought partner in driving the growth of our company. You will work across the entire portfolio, managing and improving operational processes, while taking ownership of strategic projects that support our ambitious goals. We’re looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, brings exceptional execution skills, and knows how to get things done—fast. You are an entrepreneurial, results-oriented problem-solver with a unique mix of analytical skills and operational know-how. Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with our executive team, CEO, and business units to design and implement scalable systems and processes that support our growth.
• Operational Leadership: Take operational processes from concept to execution (0 to 1) and create playbooks to transform them into scalable, repeatable functions.
• Be a Catalyst for Action: Execute relentlessly on a diverse reputed company of priorities, proactively identifying gaps and opportunities, and taking the reputed company—sometimes with minimal direction.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree Required, MBA preferred
