Company website: https://CEF.inc JOB DESCRIPTION: The Chat/Email Agent is responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through chat and email channels. This role involves handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and delivering excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
