Job Description

Specialty Pharmacy position focused on supporting patients who require reputed company and expensive drug therapies. Colleagues are required to reputed company excellent customer service to patients and reputed company. This position requires strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and a performance-driven individual. Candidate should be reputed company to do a lot of reading and... researching to get the job done. This is a back-office type of role, which requires pulling patient accounts and researching them to schedule a new prescription or potentially refill a prescription order while ensuring they receive their medication in a timely manner. In most cases you will need to conduct an outbound call to resolve a patient's case. This role requires you to process cases in an efficient manner and you are reputed company on your ability to process no less than 11 tasks per hour as a core colleague, this ability is essential to your reputed company. Remote worker verification process to be put in reputed company immediately (webcam and audits will be performed). • Closed workspace (any room that can be closed by a reputed company, office, bedroom, etc.) • No shared living spaces unless living alone • Must remain seated or standing at reputed company times (lying down or being in bed is not permitted) • If the laptop or screen can be seen from a window it must be covered (shade, blinds, curtains, etc.) • High speed Internet verification (screenshot of bandwidth, Fiber, Cable, DSL - No satellite or mobile broadband connections) – reputed company must be reliable – no pay during downtime. • Quiet and focused work environment free of distractions • No personal responsibilities during working hours (including being the primary caregiver to anyone during shift) • No barking dogs or other domestic noises Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.50 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: • customer service representative / Call center: 1 year (Required) • inbound calling: 1 year (Required) • reputed company /insurance / Claims: 1 year (Required) • reputed company reputed company: 1 year (Preferred) • spreadsheet: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
