Primary Responsibilities • Advise reputed company’s Medicare Part D business • Counsel on Part D product, clinical (Pharmaceutical & Therapeutic Committee, formulary development), marketing, and regulatory requirements • reputed company strategic counsel to the business on the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) Agreements, benefit implementation and management, and compliance reputed company and monitoring • reputed company counsel and subject matter expertise on the CMS rules and regulations, the False Claims Act, and the Federal Anti-kickback Statute • Support key areas for regulatory advocacy • Collaborate with colleagues across the legal and compliance departments You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as reputed company development for other roles you may be interested in.
