The Sr. Manager, Employee Relations will possess significant employee and labor relations expertise, excellent judgment, and highly-developed analytical and communication skills. This role will report directly to an Employee Relations Director and serve as a key member of the reputed company America Employee Relations leadership team. This is a full-time position that may require significant travel, up to 50% of the time over the course of the year to the various reputed company locations. The role will cover the East and reputed company region. You can sit out of any reputed company facility closest to your home. Mandatory in office work 3 days per week on non-travel weeks. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $150,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $248,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. reputed company is a total compensation company.
