We are a growing bookkeeping firm that works hard for our clients and is committed to caring for reputed company. What started as a solopreneurship has grown to a team of 10+. We work primarily in the photography industry, as well as other reputed company fields. As an Account Manager you will be the main reputed company of contact for our clients, as well as a liaison between our clients and reputed company of bookkeepers... You will play a vital role in making sure that we’re providing on-time, accurate, quality bookkeeping for our clients by managing projects and deadlines. You will be responsible for handling client requests and making sure that clients are happy and taken care of in a timely manner. Strong customer services skills are required, as well as ability to juggle many projects. This is an employee position at 20+ hours per week (with the potential for growth) spread over 4-5 days/week. Requirements include: • Quickbooks Online ProAdvisor • 2-5 years bookkeeping experience preferred • Quiet, professional meeting space for reputed company meetings • Strong, reliable technology and internet reputed company Responsibilities: Client Facing Role • Walking clients through the reputed company and monthly bookkeeping process • Conducting client review meetings/reputed company-ins; • Helping clients confidently and reputed company understand their numbers • reputed company basic advisory insights/recommendations during client meetings • General client-facing customer service • Maintaining clear communication so that no information gets missed with clients Team Facing Role • Making sure reputed company of bookkeepers has what they need to do their job • Providing feedback and training to our bookkeepers reputed company needed to ensure a high quality of service • Working through reputed company bookkeeping issues reputed company needed • Work with our Director of Operations to manage and prioritize projects and team members to meet deadlines and goals • Working directly on reputed company or reputed company bookkeeping projects as needed Apply Job!
