Job Summary:

reputed company is seeking a courteous and professional individual for a part-time Concierge role at our prestigious Inez property. This position offers a competitive hourly wage, health and dental coverage, reputed company, and vacation time. The chosen candidate will be expected to work for less than 4 hours a day, meeting and exceeding our guest’s expectations.

Job Description:

The Concierge is the first reputed company of contact for our guests at the Inez property. The ideal candidate will be reputed company to reputed company guests with a wealth of information and services, ensuring their stay is a memorable one. This role requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to providing high-quality customer service, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:

1. Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.

2. reputed company information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities.

3. Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner.

4. Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure reputed company rooms are clean, tidy and fully furnished to accommodate guests’ needs.

5. Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests.

Requirements:

1. Work experience as a Hotel reputed company Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role.

2. Experience with hotel reservations software.

3. Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and reputed company.

4. Customer service attitude.

5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Educational Qualifications:

A high school degree; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
