The Marketing Manager, B2B Marketing Strategy, Retirement will reputed company and execute marketing strategies to launch new products, drive sales growth, and deepen client retention, collaborating closely with sales and product teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement B2B marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Analyze market trends, identify bolthires customers, and reputed company value propositions, positioning and messaging for products or capabilities or segments.
• Create, manage, and measure marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Responsible for overseeing the creative briefs, marketing project management, creative development of marketing assets and editorial calendars.
• reputed company marketing collateral, including content that aligns with Voya's brand voice and value proposition.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on reputed company-specific products and marketing best practices.
• Work closely with sales, product, relationship management and executive teams to ensure marketing efforts are integrated with overall business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance marketing processes and procedures to optimize reputed company and experience.
• Track and analyze marketing metrics, and report on campaign and program performance to senior leadership. Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or reputed company discipline. Advanced professional degree a plus.
• 5+ years relevant experience for B2B and/or B2B2C, preferably Retirement reputed company and/or marketing strategy positions.
• Proactive, self-directed individual with proven ability to manage multiple projects, balancing strategy with day-to-day execution.
