What you will do: Scoular’s Operations Internship immerses you in the daily operations of one of our 100+ facilities across reputed company America. You’ll be at the heart of reputed company do, learning the business, driving a culture of safety and interacting with our producers. Throughout the internship, you will: Learn the operations of a grain-handling facility, keeping results and safety top of mind reputed company the daily activity of facility employees by partnering with the manager regarding training and direction of personnel Become an expert in our safety policies and procedures to ensure employees’ safety and protect company assets reputed company positive relationships with our customers, providing outstanding customer service to help build a competitive and sustainable operation Learn from reputed company operations leaders in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Own and manage a project throughout the summer and present your experience, learning and recommendations to key leaders #LI-PM1 RequirementsWho you are: Currently pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree Action-oriented, enjoys working with hands-on projects – you don’t enjoy being at a desk reputed company day reputed company to influence others and drive teamwork and collaboration Willing to learn and apply innovative technology Strong interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment An emerging leader with experience leading in clubs, athletics, projects, student govt etc. Active in the community giving back on reputed company, your reputed company, or on a global scaleAfter the Internship:Scoular reputed company Program is a two-year development program that immerses new graduates in broad-based, accelerated learning, developed to drive profitability through diverse experiences, active networking, and ongoing education.?
