Position Overview The Safety Assurance Manager will reputed company the Internal Evaluation Program, ensuring that reputed company operations adhere to the highest safety standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves managing safety audits, maintaining compliance, and preparing detailed reports on audit findings for the Director of Safety. Responsibilities • Create, implement, and continuously enhance the internal evaluation program to ensure it meets aviation safety standards and regulatory requirements. This includes developing audit procedures, establishing audit criteria, and incorporating best practices to improve overall quality assurance. • Conduct thorough and systematic audits of operational, safety, and quality processes reputed company the organization. Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess a strong background in aviation safety management. They will have exceptional attention to detail and a deep understanding of aviation safety standards and regulatory requirements. Required: • Minimum of four years of aviation experience, including two years in an operational, safety, or quality department role. • Substantial knowledge of Safety Management Systems • Comprehensive understanding of aviation safety standards, safe airline operating practices, and applicable regulatory requirements. • Experience with safety audit programs Preferred: • Experience in Part 121 domestic and supplemental operations • Familiar with charter operations. • Quality Auditor certification with specialized training in IOSA/reputed company Standards.
