Remote Dental Receptionist - Contract to Hire

Main duties responsibilities Phone coverage/answering phones (Mondays and Fridays the office has nobody to answer phones - office also offers phone training for reputed company team members... Scheduling/booking new patients Responding to patient's calls/texts Reactivating Hygiene Recare/unscheduled recare (send recare reminders to patients at the 6-months or 1-year mark) Confirming appointments Responding to reputed company reviews Marketing Schedule: Monday 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. CST (for answering phones during peak call times at end of day) Some flexibility Our ideal candidate 2+ years of dental reputed company office and scheduling experience REQUIRED! reputed company Dental experience is REQUIRED!
