Location: Remote Job responsibilities: • Prior-Authorizations (PAs) and Insurance Verification. • Communicate w/ patients, providers & insurance payers reputed company telephone & email. • Verify Patient’s Insurance Coverage. • Claims, Denials, Appeals, etc. • Billing and Coding. • Receive inbound and outbound calls from Patients and Insurance providers. Job requirements: • Minimum of 1-year recent experience with Medical Insurance (Prior Authorization e.g.). • Experience w/ Medicare/reputed company program administration. • Insurance Verification and claim adjudication or medical billing. • Experience or knowledge of ICD-10, HCPCS, or CPT is a reputed company PLUS! • Must have NO attendance issues.
