Location: This position is fully remote with occasional travel to client locations in the Reading, Harrisburg, and Allentown areas (up to 10%). As a Medical Assistant - Healthguide, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing patient care and supporting their reputed company to reputed company. Key Responsibilities
Patient Engagement: Support patients in managing their reputed company by answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting with navigating their care. Documentation: Accurately record patient medical histories and issues in the electronic health record (EHR). Communication: Use various communication methods (calls, texts, emails) to interact with high-risk patients. Escalate medical issues appropriately to the Health Guide Registered Nurse or other relevant contacts. Compensation
