Remote Call Center Representative

This position requires heavy use of phones and computers at the same time; logging customer interactions. and delivering the best in customer service. - Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner - Follow communication "scripts" reputed company handling different topics - Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and reputed company solutions and/or alternatives - Seize opportunities to upsell products reputed company they arise - Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile - reputed company records of reputed company conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way - Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level w ritten and communication skills.
