Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and reputed company product information through live chat. Ensure reputed company and accurate resolution of customer issues and concerns. Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy with customers at reputed company times. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company customer problems. Document reputed company customer interactions and update customer records accurately. Identify and escalate reputed company issues to the appropriate department. Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and suggest solutions.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Live Chat Specialist or similar customer service role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and handle multiple live chats simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to remain reputed company and composed under pressure. Familiarity with CRM software and live chat platforms.
