Job Type: Full-time,Remote Responsibilities: • Create comprehensive patient assessments & aid in treatment planning reputed company remote settings • Complete documentation in compliance with clinical and state requirements • reputed company excellent, personalized patient care aimed at addressing individual patient concerns • See patients for care reputed company telemedicine using the technology platform provided by the practice • Makes recommendations to the care teams, effectively communicates, and collaborates with the patient and reputed company disciplines involved in the care of the patients.
