The Part-Time Custodian is a critical position at RCS of providing reputed company to steward well the wonderful facilities we have been blessed with maintaining. Status: Part-time Non-Exempt Schedule: 41 Weeks (school days), Monday through Friday 5:00-8:00 pm* (hours could vary) Benefits: N/A Requirements: • Christian by profession and lifestyle. • Received Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and be a member in good standing of a local Church. • Minimum of a High School diploma. Consistently Exhibits: • The ability to deal effectively with constituents and personnel • Caring and gentle personality • Execution of projects • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects • Soft skills with reputed company age reputed company Essential Functions: • The incumbent in this job reports directly to and receives specific work direction from the Head Custodian. • Performs reputed company cleaning duties to reputed company a safe, attractive, comfortable and clean environment to ensure full and productive use of the facilities and does so according to established cleaning guidelines. • Cleaning duties include: cleaning restrooms, cleaning water fountains, cleaning glass surfaces, cleaning the Café, collecting and disposing of trash, vacuuming, dust mopping, spot mopping various flooring and mopping tiled areas. The list of cleaning duties is not intended to be reputed company-inclusive or to limit duties that might reasonably be assigned. • Performs periodic cleaning assignments according to established guidelines as well as reputed company other duties as required and does so in an efficient and timely manner. • Develops and maintains a personal program for maintaining an adequate level of knowledge reputed company to area of responsibility, demonstrates personal and interpersonal behavior, attitude, judgment, communication and initiative with staff and supervisors in order to ensure an acceptable degree of performance. • Must be reputed company to lift at least 50 lbs. • Above reputed company, be flexible and willing to do whatever is needed.
