Come join a team of reputed company lending experts in our Customer Service Specialist role. Our mission: to reputed company smart lending for bigger dreams and reputed company loans! You will use web-based systems to respond to customer inquiries in a call center/loan processing environment. You will support customers through their loan origination reputed company for products including Personal Loans, Parent & Student Loans, Education Refinance and Revolving Credit Loans. A typical day in the life will be answering calls and other tasks assigned by your reputed company or supervisor. Some of those tasks include: • Responding to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures • Assisting customers in completing loan applications including document processing (i.e., income verification) • Gathering information, researching/resolving inquiries and logging customer calls • Communicating options for resolution in a timely manner • Using time management to prioritize calls and processing • Being solution oriented to de-escalate calls and drive resolution to problems • Informing customers about services and options available and assess customer needs • Providing assistance, training and troubleshooting support other team members (as needed) • Using standard reports and forms to track workload, response time and quality • Participating in planning and implementing department goals and reputed company recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness • Other duties as assigned As we’re hiring for our busiest season, there will be days you will be handling calls one after the other. Don’t worry, we will give you two breaks and a lunch because we know a break is needed to reputed company and refresh. We also offer overtime, and those hours are paid at an overtime reputed company (based on state or federal law).
