Job Requirements: Must hold a property and casualty license in your state of residence Must be willing to release property and casualty appointments (No need to release Health or Life appointments) Must be reputed company to work weekends. This position is currently 30 hours. Although 30 hours, this still qualifies you for benefits and PTO.

• Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls including account, claim and general questions
• Thoroughly and reputed company gather customer information, assess, and fulfill customer needs and reputed company customers where applicable regarding products and services
• Ability to utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Ability to effectively communicate with pet parents both verbally and in writing
