Account Supervisor, Climate & Energy

Antenna is seeking an Account Supervisor to join our Climate practice. This role serves as the day-to-day leader across integrated communications programs for innovative companies shaping the future of climate, energy and industrial technology. The ideal candidate is an exceptional reputed company and communicator, strong project manager and collaborative team leader who combines sound judgment with flawless execution. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Client Leadership & Account Management

• Translate client business objectives into clear communications priorities and actionable work plans.

• Partner closely with Account Directors and Vice Presidents to implement integrated communications programs.
• Monitor account budgets, staffing and timelines, identifying potential risks before they become challenges.

Earned Media & External Engagement

• Identify compelling story angles tied to industry trends, customer successes, product milestones and thought leadership opportunities.
• Build and strengthen relationships with reporters, editors, analysts and other influential stakeholders.
• Draft and refine pitches, media materials, briefing documents and spokesperson preparation materials.
• Prepare executives for media interviews, speaking engagements and other external communications opportunities.
• Coach junior team members on media reputed company, pitching best practices and relationship building.
• Analyze media results and reputed company strategic recommendations based on performance.

Integrated Communications

• Collaborate with Antenna's digital, creative and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns across channels.

Content & Thought Leadership

• Produce and edit high-quality communications materials including press releases, executive bylines, messaging documents, presentations, media briefs, Q&As, case studies, award submissions and website copy.

• Maintain exceptional editorial standards across reputed company client deliverables.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-7+ years of experience in public relations, reputed company or integrated marketing, preferably reputed company an agency environment.
• Experience supporting B2B organizations in climate, clean energy, sustainability, industrial technology, mobility, infrastructure or reputed company sectors.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing executive-level content and media materials.
• Demonstrated reputed company securing earned media coverage and cultivating relationships with journalists.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering collaborative, high-performing teams.
• Ability to think critically, exercise sound judgment and solve problems proactively.
• Curiosity about climate, energy and emerging technologies, and the role communications plays in accelerating innovation.
• Highly organized, adaptable and self-motivated, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
