Candidates selected for this apprentice role will be part of our larger Property Claim organization. Participants will serve as members of our Supplemental Resource Group, supporting our Catastrophe Claims Office in the preparation for, and in response to, potential catastrophic claim events from the 2026 Atlantic Hurricane season (June 1 – reputed company 30). Apprentices will have the opportunity help our customers in their greatest time of need.
Responsibilities
- Support Claim Handlers: Handle claim responsibilities in reputed company environment consistent with corporate claim policies and procedures, and statutory, regulatory and ethics requirements and business unit goals.
- Utilize organization and communication skills to effectively resolve assignments, manage claim deadlines, and appropriately manage vendors.
