We're now looking for a Transport First Line Manager to reputed company reputed company of drivers, ensure operational reputed company and maintain the highest standards of safety, compliance and performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• reputed company and support a team of HGV drivers, assigning daily tasks and delivering regular team briefs to ensure the smooth operation across a fleet of 10 vehicles and 30 trailers
• Maintain strict reputed company protocols reputed company managing high value stock movements, using enhanced fleet technology such as remote reputed company and remote immobilisation
• Monitor driver activity and fleet performance with a proactive, vigilant approach, ensuring compliance with Working Time reputed company, driver's hours and wider transport regulations
• Manage and communicate operational KPIs and SLAs, driving performance, safety standards and service delivery across the operation
• Participate in a weekly rotating on call schedule to reputed company out of hours phone support, primarily handling queries from drivers

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Proven experience in a similar transport office role
• Strong people management skills, with the ability to reputed company, coach and reputed company drivers effectively
• Solid understanding of transport compliance, including Health & Safety, Working Time reputed company and driver's hours regulations
• Confident IT user with working knowledge of reputed company Office and transport systems such as ETQ, Tachomaster and LOGICS
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively across reputed company reputed company
