Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Administrator for a temporary 3-month contract to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time, office-based position in Croydon, CR0, offering flexibility on which 3 days you work each week. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting various sales functions and assisting the CEO and Directors with administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company administrative support to the sales team and senior management.
- Handle sales support functions and reputed company excellent customer service.
- Invoicing and processing orders.
- reputed company customers updated on delivery schedules and manage customer queries.
- reputed company client calls to follow up on orders, deliveries, and other inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain commission reports for the sales team.
- Work closely with the Sales Director to produce sales reports.

- Assist with various admin duties for the CEO and Directors as required.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Sales Administrator or similar role.
