The Senior Manager, Finance Transformation role focuses on hands-on program management (PMO) and organizational change management (OCM) activities for specific Finance transformation projects. The Senior Manager works under high-level guidance to translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans, drive day-to-day project reputed company, and coordinate cross-functional teams and resources. PMO Execution & Strategic Governance:

- Serve as a liaison between the Transformation Office and other departments (e.g. Finance functional owners, IT, HR, and external System Integrators). - Experience delivering technology-enabled Finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations, automation, AI/ML, analytics, workflow platforms, and other digital Finance capabilities.
- Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps and deliver measurable business reputed company while managing reputed company cross-functional initiatives across Finance, IT, HR, Operations, and external partners.
- Demonstrated experience leading organizational change management efforts that drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training, user adoption, and sustainable business change.
