• Backlog Support: Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog under the guidance of senior team members, ensuring the team is focused on delivering high-value work.
• User Story & Release Note Writing: Write and refine clear, concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria; draft release notes to communicate product updates to stakeholders.
• Jira Service Desk Management: Own day-to-day triage and resolution of service desk requests, maintaining a 24–48-hour SLA for responses and escalating as appropriate.
• Sprint Participation: Actively participate in grooming and sprint planning sessions; support efforts to reputed company the backlog 1–2 sprints reputed company with 'reputed company' work.
