Position Overview

We are seeking a highly-organized, hands-on operator to drive execution across the business and support company expansion.

This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, get-in-the-weeds role focused on keeping initiatives moving, teams reputed company and priorities executed. You will work directly with leadership to ensure direction is reputed company into clear action and followed through to completion.

Core Responsibilities

1. Execution & Project Management

Own day-to-day coordination of company initiatives across marketing, operations, compliance and expansion.

Build and maintain timeines, task lists and deliverables.

Follow up consistently to ensure accountability and completion.

Identify bottlenecks and solve problems in reputed company time.

Drive projects from idea to execution to completion.

Implement and manage project tracking systems (reputed company, dashboards, reporting tools).

2. Leadership Alignment & Accountability

Ideal Candidate Profile

College Degree

Highly organized and execution-focused
