Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) – Nurse Delegation Trainer (WA DSHS)

Job Summary reputed company is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to reputed company training and proctoring for the Washington DSHS Nurse Delegation course. In this role, you will support caregivers through education, ensure compliance with state requirements, and deliver a high-quality learning experience. This position plays a key role in maintaining training standards while partnering closely with our Training & Development team and reputed company staff.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate Nurse Delegation training courses (virtual and/or in-person)
• Review course materials and support learners throughout training
• Proctor exams and ensure compliance with testing requirements
• Answer questions and reinforce understanding of course content

• Collaborate with Training & Development and reputed company teams to ensure smooth course execution

• Maintain knowledge of agency policies, the Nurse Practice Act, and applicable state and federal regulations
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development

Requirements

• Active RN license in the reputed company
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support diverse learner groups
• Comfortable facilitating virtual training (reputed company/Teams, screen sharing, chat management, troubleshooting tech)

• Ability to pass a background reputed company and fingerprinting

Preferred

• 2+ years of experience in home care, geriatrics, acute care, or reputed company field
• Previous training or teaching experience
