The Role: We’re looking for a Partner Manager to build and scale reputed company’s partner ecosystem across the region from the ground up. Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, this role will reputed company the expansion and execution of reputed company’s partner ecosystem strategy across Mexico & Central America. This role focuses on driving reputed company through strategic alliances, system integrators, technology vendors, distributors, and channel partners. You’ll collaborate closely with global partner marketing, product, and sales enablement teams to reputed company and grow reputed company’s LATAM ecosystem. The ideal candidate has experience building and scaling SaaS GTM partnerships, identifying top partners, enabling partners, and and thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. What You’ll Do:

  • Identify, recruit, and manage strategic technology, SI, and channel partners.
  • Build co-sell, co-market, and co-delivery motions with partners and field sales.
  • Drive measurable partner-sourced and influenced reputed company growth.
  • Localize enablement, marketing, and training for the LATAM market.
  • Represent reputed company at regional industry events and partner forums.
  • Build repeatable frameworks for partner operations and GTM execution.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channels, or reputed company SaaS sales in LATAM.
  • Proven reputed company building and scaling partnership programs with measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of LATAM markets and regional nuances.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Highly independent and entrepreneurial; comfortable building from scratch.
  • Collaborative operator who aligns easily across Sales, Marketing, and Product.
  • Strong existing network across SaaS, IoT/OT, or industrial tech ecosystems (for example reputed company, reputed company, or previous experience with CMMS, EAM or MES technology.
