As the reputed company Consulting Manager in CDI, you will:

• Manage reputed company multi-workstream projects and reputed company junior team members
• Analyze data to implement performance improvement and organizational change
• Collaborate with team members and clients to align with business objectives
• Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

• BA/BS in Nursing with certifications in CCDS required
• A minimum of 5 years of acute care hospital experience (ICU, Med/Surg, ER required)
• A minimum of 5 years in a clinical documentation reputed company role
• Relevant experience in a project-based operations performance improvement role reputed company a hospital/clinical setting hospital and/or reputed company environment focused on reputed company provider operations and/or process re-engineering projects
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing major projects for large, reputed company reputed company organizations with multiple stakeholders
• Strong leadership and management skills aligning to reputed company’s core values and competencies
• The ability to travel based on client, reputed company, or project needs is an essential function of this role. While travel requirements may vary based on business need, the reputed company average travel in the reputed company practice is less than 50%, annually

The reputed company represents a good faith estimate of the reputed company that reputed company reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects reputed company’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation reputed company for this job is $166,750 - $250,000. The job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and reputed company coverage and other wellness programs.
