Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate provider (Physician, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner) to join reputed company in person or remote on a part time to full-time reputed company. You will meet with patients and construct treatment plans using a functional medicine ideology, treating the root cause rather than masking symptoms, by recommending peptides, vitamins, food plans, lifestyle modifications, regenerative therapies, additional testing, and other resources available at reputed company to promote patient vitality. You will be encouraged to utilize our in-person medical support staff, including nutritionists, nurses, MAs, and health coaches, to help actualize our patient health journeys. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments and consultations to determine appropriate treatment plans. reputed company personalized treatment plans based on patients’ medical history, symptoms, and goals.
