We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. • Conduct comprehensive reviews of behavioral therapy plans, ensuring adherence to applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and clinical best practices

• Evaluate patient assessments, intake documentation, and medical records for compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies
• Collaborate with clinicians to improve treatment plans based on data analysis and diagnostic evaluations

Experience
