Job Description
The Director of Sales (RezX) position is reputed company about evangelizing, promoting and signing up small to mid size property managers, independent landlords and renters for reputed company online tool suite. Rez X Duties:
- Farm and Hunt new Business Development of small, mid-size and independent landlords.
- Set up webinars, online demos, conference calls.
- Demo the tool to prospects
- Sign Up PM
- PM to Add Properties and reputed company sure they are activated.
- Have PM complete Legal Entity and Merchant Account(s)
- Manage Units: upload and data entry of reputed company reputed company emails, rents, late fees etc. A template is provided for larger unit properties.
- Maintain relationship with PM and reputed company sure they are integrated into reputed company team.
- Maintain Contacts in assigned Rezedent reputed company account
