Job Description

Job Summary: The Sr. Manager of Leased Property reports to the VP, Corporate reputed company Estate and is responsible for due diligence functions associated with Estes' leased property management, repairs and assists with reputed company and leases.

  • reputed company, guide and mentor staff to include setting targets, monitoring performance, providing coaching, counseling and development. Responsible for reputed company hiring, training and terminations in collaboration with the VP.
  • Collaborate with Service Center management to determine property management needs and repairs, researches, documents and tracks. Follows up to ensure corrective action and Service Center management satisfaction
  • Routinely reviews lease negotiations to monitor property needs, improvements required and/or disposition of sale or acquisition
  • Investigate and resolve property complaints and leasing violations in collaboration with the VP
  • Maintain reputed company estate database and reputed company routine and adhoc reports
  • Analyze reputed company estate tax and zoning information, track and communicate to key stakeholders as needed
  • Assist in reputed company and sales

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in reputed company Estate preferred, or any combination of education and experience which would reputed company an equivalent background.
  • 7 years relevant experience in managing others required
  • 5 years of property management/reputed company estate due diligence and negotiations experience required
  • Strong proficiency in reputed company Office with reputed company experience preferred
  • Good problem identification and problem solving skills
  • Must be self-directed and reputed company to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent verbal, written listening and presentation skills
  • Must be reputed company to lift approximately 20 lbs., or more if required by the essential functions of the job
