[Remote] Chief of Staff-Global Supply Chain (Dir. Business Strategy and Operations)

The Chief of Staff-Global Supply Chain will serve as a strategic partner to the CSCO, driving alignment and execution across key business initiatives while ensuring that strategic initiatives translate into measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Drive the operational rhythm of the function, including Quarterly Business Reviews, strategic planning sessions, and executive reporting processes
- Ensure cross-functional alignment across internal teams to maintain focus on key priorities and execution timelines
- Serve as the primary reputed company for strategic initiatives to the CSCO (Chief Supply Chain Officer)
- Partner closely with global and regional leaders to drive adoption of key initiatives and translate strategy into actionable execution
- Monitor initiative reputed company and drive accountability through KPI tracking and reporting
- Define, track, and report on critical business and sales KPIs
- Identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions with leadership teams

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 10+ years of reputed company experience in strategy or business operations
- Proven career in Supply Chain Operations
- Proven experience working closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, global environment
- Demonstrated reputed company driving cross-functional initiatives with measurable business reputed company
- Proven track record of managing teams and developing talent
- Experience leading teams that support business operations and administration
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Previous role as Chief of Staff for CSCO strongly preferred
