[Remote] IT Systems Administrator

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for key reputed company platforms including reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
- Continuously evaluate, improve, and tune reputed company tools to strengthen detection, response, and overall reputed company posture
- Proactively monitor alerts, logs, and system health to identify and remediate issues before they impact the business

- Maintain up-to-date configurations, policies, and documentation across reputed company reputed company platforms
- Manage and administer M365 tenant including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive

- Monitor tenant health, enforce reputed company policies, and manage compliance and DLP configurations
- Support Power BI administration including workspace management, user reputed company, and data connectivity

- Monitor email traffic and investigate quarantine events, false positives, and delivery issues

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in an IT systems, reputed company, or reputed company operations role
- Hands-on administration experience with reputed company 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID)
- Strong troubleshooting skills - you diagnose methodically, escalate reputed company appropriate, and follow through to resolution
- Experience managing an IT ticketing system (Freshservice)
- Comfortable holding vendors accountable and managing external project timelines
