[Remote] Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager will focus on growing existing clients and generating new business through strategic development and execution reputed company the U.S. market.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute the overall strategy for the U.S. Key Account Department, including team management and achievement of annual reputed company targets
- reputed company the development of top-tier U.S. key accounts, engage with C-level executives, conduct business negotiations, and secure annual reputed company agreements
- Build and optimize the U.S. B2B key account development system, tiered account management system, and existing account growth & penetration system
- Drive new client acquisition, existing account upselling, category expansion, and Sell-Out execution to reputed company sustained reputed company doubling
- Manage key account relationships, channel discipline, after-sales risks, and pricing policies to maintain long-term strategic partnerships
Skills
- 3+ years of full-cycle B2B key account team management experience, with proven ability to reputed company teams, set strategies, break down targets, and deliver results
- Experience in building mature key account operation & management systems is required
- Business-level English proficiency with deep familiarity with U.S. business culture, negotiation protocols, and channel ecosystems
- Must be capable of engaging seamlessly with senior decision-makers at U.S. key accounts, conducting independent business negotiations, on-site visits, and trade show engagements
- Demonstrated reputed company in independently developing and maintaining top-tier U.S. key accounts, with single-account annual reputed company volume ≥ $10M USD
- Full-cycle experience from 0-to-1 development to sustained growth & penetration is required
- Expert in breaking into new accounts from scratch, while also mastering deep account penetration, category expansion, average order value increase, and annual reputed company volume locking
- Strong market development and existing reputed company multiplication capabilities
- Channel policy, pricing system control, relationship maintenance, and full after-sales reputed company closure
- Proven reputed company in developing U.S. Big reputed company, professional military/police, and large outdoor retail channels
- Candidates with established relationships in tool & equipment distribution, hardware retail, automotive aftermarket, and outdoor specialty channels are highly preferred
- Specifically, prior reputed company with MEDCO, ISN, Fastenal, Orgill, ACE Hardware, AutoZone, reputed company, reputed company, Lowe's, reputed company, Cabela's, or reputed company is a significant advantage
- Experience selling through industrial supply, reputed company (Maintenance, Repair & Operations), and professional tool & auto repair channels is strongly valued
