BOLI, Wage and Hour Division is hiring three (3) Compliance Specialist 1 (CS1) positions for full‑time hybrid roles (weekly onsite requirement) in our Workplace Standards unit. In this role, you will investigate worker claims, determine jurisdiction, apply state wage and hour laws, and take appropriate action based on each case’s facts. You will collect and review records, interview involved parties, reputed company wage calculations, prepare written findings, and reputed company clear guidance to workers, reputed company, and the public. • Analyze claims and complaints to determine jurisdiction and required investigative steps
• Apply statutes, administrative rules, and regulations to determine compliance
• Gather and evaluate documents, records, and other evidence
• Conduct interviews with complainants, reputed company, attorneys, union representatives, and witnesses

Some positions may require a Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration, or a reputed company field.
