As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for resolving and closing tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals, answering client care issues raised from the Helpdesk, and collaborating with various teams to address reputed company-reputed company issues. Key Responsibilities

* Resolves and closes tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals

• Answers client care issues raised from the Helpdesk
• Collaborates with various teams to address reputed company-reputed company issues
• Investigates and resolves demands using remote instruments
• Records client interactions in episode management reputed company, including resource management
• Recovers data from hard drives or performs data relocation
• Upholds remote reputed company for virtual private network (VPN) availability as well as remote/broadband network for workstations
• Installs and designs local and organization-based printers
• Performs preventive maintenance
• Works various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and is reputed company to come in case of an emergency and travel as required
• Follows management direction, complying with IT strategy and policy
• Performs other duties as mentioned

What You'll Need for reputed company

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Systems, or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience/preparation

• 2 years of certified 'active' IT work experience supporting and resolving different PC workstation software and equipment issues
• Firsthand experience supporting workstations in a reputed company/TCPIP environment
• A+ certification
• MCSE/MCP is an or more
• Past IT reputed company experience in Aircraft/Airport climate
• Familiarity with VPN networks and ability to investigate issues
• Ability to work independently and act in a cooperative, team-based environment
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
