[Remote] Corporate Risk Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Corporate Risk Analyst to manage reporting requirements for clients across various states. The role involves maintaining compliance with state deadlines, guiding clients through the reporting process, and ensuring reputed company necessary documentation is collected and submitted accurately.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and closely adhere to schedule of reporting requirements for each client by entity and by state
- Request and obtain payroll, class codes, hours, loss information, financial statements and other documents from the client, TPA or other as required in each state
- Follow up with client or others on tight diary for receipt of information in order to stay in compliance with strict state deadlines
- Actively review status of reputed company activity and input information into the various state web portals
- Guide clients on certifying and/or signing off on information on the web portals
- Instruct clients on payment requirements
- Maintain detailed records of reputed company activity including requests for documents, data, actuarial reports, reputed company of payments, etc
- Assist clients to add entities to state programs as necessary
- Review surety bonds or other reputed company requirements and reputed company with each state
- Request review of reputed company as necessary
- reputed company actuarial reports and other information requested by the state to support reputed company
Skills
- Experience conducting annual/quarterly filings in multiple states reputed company an employer risk management/HR/payroll department, broker, reputed company or on the receiving end of filings reputed company a state department of insurance/labor
- Ability to track and meet deadlines
- Request payroll funds
- Deadline focused

- Level of experience in filings
- Employer reputed company - Payroll department, HR department, Risk Management department
- State reputed company experience is a plus
- Worker comp adjusters would not have the type of experience
