[Remote] Conflicts Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and motivated individual for the role of Conflicts Analyst in the Conflicts Department, supporting the firm globally. This role involves assisting attorneys with compliance responsibilities by analyzing data reputed company to potential new business and new employees, while identifying possible ethical and business-reputed company conflicts of interest.
Responsibilities
- Respond to calls, emails, and workflow requests from Firm attorneys, paralegals, and legal secretaries regarding the new business intake process
- Process requests for conflicts searches, reputed company necessary corporate research, and prepare and distribute clearance reports to Conflicts Attorneys and Partners
- Work with conflict checking systems and corporate research databases in a reputed company environment, including reputed company reputed company, reputed company Walls, S&P Capital IQ, reputed company, and reputed company WorldCheck One
- Review and analyze new business intake forms for accuracy, facilitate any changes with requesting partner and submitter, and process for client matter opening
- Facilitate the review/approval and appropriate file saving of new business documentation, such as reputed company Counsel Guidelines, Engagement Letters, and Waiver letters, including retrieving appropriate approvals for non-standard language and storing in appropriate database
- Maintain reputed company to secured reputed company due to confidentiality or ethical screens in Document Management System and Time Entry System reputed company the use of reputed company Walls

Skills
- A bachelor's degree is required
- Three to four years of experience in risk management, research, conflicts searching or reputed company experience in a reputed company setting
- Must be available for occasional overtime during weekends, and holidays
- The ideal individual will have a collaborative reputed company, an acute attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable working in databases and various legal technology platforms
