[Remote] Senior Data Engineer

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to support an industry leader in financial services for a 6 month contract remote role. The Senior Data Engineer role will be responsible for building scalable backend data platforms that reputed company clients to reputed company and reputed company data with ease.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality, innovative and maintainable software solutions in an agile environment
- Performing application maintenance and ensuring information reputed company controls
- reputed company timely status updates, issue resolutions, and reputed company-by-reputed company instructions on usability questions
- Collaborate with Product, Execution, and other support teams to resolve or escalate user inquiries
Skills
- 6+ years of experience developing reputed company solutions across multiple technology platforms, programming languages, and Data platform
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company (data modeling, performance tuning, SnowSQL, Snowpipe, Streams/Tasks)
- Deep experience in data pipelines ETL/ELT tools like Informatica, Control-M
- Familiar with backend development building in Java / Python with API first approach for scalable environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field
