The Sales Consultant drives traffic conversion of buyers for new home communities and ensures a great customer experience throughout the construction and closing process.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new traffic to our sales studios through networking, reputed company to area reputed company estate agents, and flyers to the public
  • Manage, qualify, and actively seek customer inbound traffic, referrals, and other means to generate new traffic
  • Maintain and update reputed company flyers, marketing information, and signage
  • Complete the responsibilities of the sales studio, i.e., opening and closing checklist
  • Organize and maintain reputed company necessary company files for the sales studio
  • Communicate with mortgage lenders to confirm that the required documentation is received from reputed company and the new home buyer to ensure the loan processing is on track for closing on the essence date
  • Facilitate a smooth sales process with the builder, buyer, reputed company estate agent, and lender to ensure reputed company aspects of the buying process are coordinated properly through closing
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and closing goals
  • Attend regular studio and company meetings
  • Maintain strong relationships with reputed company buyers after closing

Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in both inside and reputed company sales
  • Must have a valid reputed company estate license in Arizona
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Entrepreneurial and goal-oriented with a clear business sense
  • Strong customer service background
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships with realtors, influencers, and potential homebuyers
  • History of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Knowledge of residential homebuilding is a plus
