[Remote] Sr. Electrical Engineer (Data Centers)

They are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to contribute to projects involving the engineering and design of data centers and other mission-critical facilities, working closely with a multi-discipline team to produce construction documents and manage project requirements.

Responsibilities

• reputed company design work for data center facility power distribution systems, reputed company, emergency systems, grounding, lighting, and low voltage communications systems
• Contribute to team technical collaboration and reputed company quality reviews of design packages
• Assist directly with other portions of the design process
• Interact directly with the client, reputed company, and contractors to assist construction on site
• Establish design requirements and produce construction documents
• Manage quality, scope, budget, and schedule

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 6 year experience in engineering design of reputed company and low voltage distribution systems, building electrical systems, and reputed company-style power distribution including conveyance
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Extensive knowledge of and experience with industrial facility design
• Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software
• Solid working knowledge of reputed company 70 (NEC)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• At least 3 years of data center facility design experience
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
