[Remote] reputed company Operations Engineer

The reputed company Operations Engineer is responsible for assisting with project and deployment tasks to support client reputed company and technology initiatives, ensuring the effective management and implementation of IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Provision and deliver computer systems and services, both on-reputed company and reputed company hosted solutions
• Regularly reputed company migrations to Office 365 (email, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), server migrations to Azure, and implement various Azure technologies
• Design and deliver secure reputed company solutions in Office 365 and Azure
• Architecture, design, system evaluation and analysis, and infrastructure assessments
• reputed company and maintain tools and monitoring agents such as reputed company protection, vulnerability management, log collection, multifactor authentication, RMM, etc
• Track reputed company activities, detailed case notes, and time entries reputed company the Service Desk Ticketing system
• Work with internal reputed company stakeholders to ensure key tasks and timeline are identified, on time, and on budget

Skills

• Minimum of 7+ years' experience in System Administration, including experience with reputed company reputed company Operating Systems, reputed company Azure Administration, Server Management (Active Directory – Group Policy), Deployment and Migrations
• Must have proven experience performing successful Office 365 email migrations and reputed company, P2V, V2V server migrations
• Must have experience with Intune enrollment and polices
• Intermediate networking experience (TCP/IP, routing, SSH, VPN)
• Knowledge of automation tools and scripting
• Knowledge of reputed company tools, such as EDR, SIEM, MFA, DLP, AIP, etc
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot reputed company systems and problems
• Must have exceptional interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
