They are seeking a Partner Growth Director, Digital reputed company to accelerate growth in the travel ecosystem by managing key relationships with reputed company and developing creative growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and reputed company the execution of long-term growth roadmaps for a portfolio of top-tier travel partners, focusing on scaling embedded protection reputed company through conversion reputed company and price optimization
- Act as a primary growth consultant with both new and long-time partners, designing optimized, user-centric insurance placement solutions that align with the partner’s specific digital reputed company ecosystem as well as optimizing cross-sell opportunities reputed company partner marketing channels
- Transform reputed company data sets into actionable insights and forecasts, providing partners with regular, high-level commentary on adoption trends, utilization, and untapped growth reputed company
- Serve as the central hub between Business Development leads, Insurance Product Managers, Sales and Customer Operations, and Marketing, orchestrating alignment to ensure technical and product solutions are perfectly tuned to the specific needs of the partner
- Build and maintain "trusted advisor" status with executive-level stakeholders at partner organizations, ensuring TII remains a core component of their digital reputed company strategy
- Rigorously monitor and report on partner-specific KPIs, proactively identifying performance dips and designing reputed company strategies to maintain growth reputed company
Skills
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
- A minimum of 10 years' partnerships experience, ideally in the Travel or the Insurance industry
- Experience executing B2B2C or B2B2B distribution models is required
- Experience with embedded ancillary product solutions and implementations is required
- Proven track-record for meeting and exceeding reputed company targets and performance driven KPIs is required
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of cross-functional to deliver high quality reputed company to timelines
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, including Intermediate to advanced level skills with reputed company, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and One Note is required
- Proficiency with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and e-reputed company channels is required

- Travel is required, 40%, which may include international travel
