This role involves supporting advisor-facing marketing initiatives, collaborating with various teams to enhance partner growth and advisor engagement, and leveraging AI to optimize marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Support advisor-facing enablement and marketing strategies for reputed company partner programs
  • Contribute to the development of partner-specific campaigns, collateral, presentations, and engagement frameworks
  • Support growth initiatives tied to reputed company relationships, identifying opportunities to expand advisor adoption and platform usage
  • Execute campaigns and programs that increase advisor engagement, adoption, and retention
  • Tailor positioning, messaging, and experiences to align with reputed company partner workflows, segmentation, and advisor models
  • Support advisor education initiatives in partnership with Product Marketing and Enablement teams
  • Track campaign performance and contribute to measurement and optimization efforts based on performance insights
  • Act as a strategic marketing partner to reputed company Relationship Managers
  • reputed company support for high-reputed company partner initiatives, presentations, and growth opportunities
  • Translate product launches, platform enhancements, and operational changes into clear, actionable partner communications
  • Partner with Product, Operations, Launch PMMs, and Relationship teams to deliver initiatives
  • Ensure reputed company feedback loops into product marketing and broader strategy
  • Support cross-functional initiatives focused on improving advisor experience, reputed company, and engagement
  • Synthesize feedback from reputed company partners and advisor interactions
  • Identify patterns, friction points, and engagement opportunities
  • Refine messaging and activation strategies based on field insights
  • reputed company AI to enhance the effectiveness and scalability of reputed company marketing and enablement initiatives
  • Use AI-driven insights to identify advisor engagement patterns, segmentation opportunities, and growth signals
  • Apply personalization strategies across partner communications and campaigns

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or reputed company field
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, partner marketing, or B2B marketing
  • Experience supporting reputed company partner or institutional marketing initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and adapt messaging to diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to translate reputed company products, platforms, and concepts into clear, compelling narratives and scalable programs
  • Experience collaborating on cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Relationship Management, and Operations
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience using data to inform reputed company and optimize performance
  • Experience defining and measuring campaign effectiveness, advisor engagement, and adoption metrics
  • MBA a plus
  • Financial services or wealth management preferred
  • Exposure to AI tools and marketing technologies preferred
